Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is a flat €10 to all destinations we serve, and is free on all orders of €100 or more. Standard orders are sent via the Lithuanian Postal Service with tracking provided.
- Europe & United Kingdom — 2–8 business days.
- USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, Mexico & New Zealand — 7–12 business days.
Express shipping is available as an optional upgrade:
- Europe & United Kingdom — €20. FedEx / UPS / DHL, 2–5 business days.
- USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, Mexico & New Zealand — €50. FedEx / UPS / DHL, 3–7 business days.
Express shipping is charged on every order and is not included in the €100 free shipping threshold.
Processing Time
Every lamp is handmade to order in our Vilnius workshop. Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be made and dispatched before the delivery times above begin. Personalised items may take slightly longer.
Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees — customs processing and local postal delays can extend them.
Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your parcel is dispatched.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to Europe and the United Kingdom, and to the USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, Mexico and New Zealand. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at info@favncrafts.com and we will do our best to arrange delivery.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us at info@favncrafts.com and we will resolve it.
